As some of you may be aware we have been focusing on ending the year on a high as well as working on finalising the strategy and structure for the 2020/21 year.
Following the recent promotions and changes we would also like to announce the formalisation of our Strategic Advisory Committee. As with any business we are looking at ways of expanding whilst ensuring we are also spreading the risk and looking into other revenue streams.
The Advisory Committee will meet quarterly with the management teams of Analytics and Recruit. The committee will support the management team using their broad subject matter expertise and particularly in the areas of international expansion.

Shaf will be in both teams, as Chairman of the Advisory Committee and CEO of the Analytic and Recruit management teams.
Hassan is Digital Health Lead at Healthcare UK, a joint initiative of the Department for International Trade (DIT), the Department of Health and Social Care and NHS England promoting the UK digital health and care sector globally.
He co-founded Health iQ in 2011, an award-winning health analytics and real world evidence agency. He held CIO and Chief Commercial Officer positions before its acquisition by Corona LLC and his exit in 2019.
His background is in frontline social work, NHS informatics, commissioning, commissioning support and public health.
Hassan holds an Honorary Research position at The School of Public Health at Imperial College London for his work in data science and contributes to both PharmaField and The World Healthcare Journal. He is a founder director of The TECH4CV19 community, mentor for SimDH, Chair of the Diversity Interest Group at the PM Society and a Champion for the Future NHS Workspace on Data and Analytics for Covid19.
In 2019, the Financial Times named him in the top 100 most influential BAME leaders in UK tech.
Hassan will also be working with Shaf and the team directly 1 day per week, particularly in the area of international expansion.
Dr Pramod Prabhakaran
Pramod has over 20 years’ experience in clinical, educational and leadership roles in the UK.
Pramod co-founded Vita Healthcare Solutions to support commercialization of research in digital and medtech sectors.
Currently, Pramod works at Imperial College Health Partners, the Academic Health Science Network and partnership organisation for Northwest London. He heads international business and partnerships.
Prior to his current role, Pramod was Medical Director for a portfolio of services in NW and NC London, working on the development of integrated care models for frailty & diabetes, and telehealth programmes for COPD and heart failure.
He maintains part-time clinical practice in the NHS and is an associate with EY UK&I advisory practice.
Co-founded Kit4carers, a charity to support the care community with programmes supporting employment and PPE in UK and India.
Pramod lectures on health innovation at Imperial College Business School and Frankfurt Business School. He is a faculty and board member for Healthcare Management at Somaiya Institute for Management Studies and Research in Mumbai, India. Pramod will be providing support to Source Group at board meetings and provide advice on our offering from a clinical viewpoint
Tom joined Source Group in November 2015 as Chief Technical Officer. Tom has been instrumental in the development of all of the architecture of our current solution, As Tom’s time is now spent on other projects he will continue to provide support as Tech Advisor on the Advisory Committee.
Spencer has been with Source Group since July 2018. Before that he spent 9 years in outsourced financial management for public companies and private start-ups expanding internationally. Spencer qualified with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2010.
