Derek Hammond-Pears, Head of Information and Quality, Source Group
Derek joined the NHS in 2004 at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. After several roles in Information and Audit he become a Senior Information Analyst in 2009 within the newly formed ‘Referral-to-Treatment Team’ where he developed the Trust’s suite of RTT reporting as well as leading its data through a wholescale PAS migration.
In 2016, as Elective Performance Manager, he was responsible for delivering across all of Electives as well as being Trust Lead for RTT. Then, after managing a complicated site-merger programme, he became Elective & Cancer Performance Manager in 2019. As well as overseeing a full refresh of Cancer reporting (as he had previously done for RTT), he also became the Trust Lead for Performance in Annual Planning.
Chris Brydon, Commercial Director, Source Group
Chris has more than a decade of experience working for organisations that support the NHS. During his 9 years at Source Group, he has been integral in the advancement of our solutions and ensuring they are tailored to meet the client needs. Chris has account managed more than 75 validation projects, including multiple NHSEI commissioned national programmes.
